garlic wink pizza is killin me…

For the past week myself and Paul have been engaged in a battle with Dave Price over who can make the perfect pizza out of the toppings that we have to work with here at the Rec Center.  Tomorrow night is supposed to be another big showdown and so for lunch Paul and I practiced.   I made my my Garlic Wink Pizza.   The Garlic Wink pizza is a thin crust pizza, with a layer of sauce, cheese, layer of Garlic Butter, a layer of pepperoni, another layer of cheese, and finally one last layer of pepperoni that looks like a big winking smiley face.   I know what you are thinking, arteries are clogging as you read about it.  Well, anyways, me and Paul had to try it and now here I sit in my office, thinking of how delicious it was…but how my stomach is gurgling now.   I think I was like Icarus I flew way to close to the sun on this one in search of pizza perfection.   Anyone got a tums???

Today, I also went on my regular Wednesday paper route and got to pick up an Ale-8 to drop off at camp for Erin.   I am hoping that maybe next week she will be able to work at the Rec Center with me.  I really have my fingers crossed on that one.   I’m also trying to plan out a vacation in August before all the fall ministries get up and going and things get hectic here.   I think I’m heading North, but not for sure yet.  

Well, I have to run and get some stuff done here so we can close up early today. Then its off to the big talent show at YHBC tonight, which is always a blast!
